I apologize for being slow with catching up with bugs.

As James H. Cloos Jr. suggested, I did not simply erase the kerning
information, but have instead created proportional numerals in the Adobe
corporate use area. So the ASCII numerals are now without kerning, but you
also have kerned numerals in the U+F6xx area, in case any software knows
how to handle them.

As of this moment, Free Serif and Free Mono families already have
monospaced numerals (to my astonishment I discovered that Free Mono
Oblique a.k.a. Nimbus Mono Oblique was kerned!), as does Free Sans
regular. I am working on Free Sans Bold (it has an awful lot of kerns) and
the rest of the Free Sans family. Please give it a try.
