| Hi Nick, Hi Jeff : Thank you for your help. In the QCTC directory it seems that make command insist to use the old flags. Starting from scratch and using : ./configure FC=gfortran F77=gfortran CC=gcc LDFLAGS=-L/usr/local/lapack/lib " FFLAGS="-O0 -g" FCFLAGS="-O0 -g" CFLAGS="-O0 -g" --prefix=/tmp/FreeON and it worked.
