Use a command line like
Doof2d-Array-distributed -shmem -np 4 2 10 1000
'-shmem' indicates the MM shared memory library should be used. '-np
4' indicates four processors.
The last paragraph of
http://www.codesourcery.com/pooma/pooma_manual/tutorial-array_distributed.html
has this command line.
