Log message:
        moved the foxhacks methods (which there were only 2) into the appframe 
renderer.
        they were the only methods in foxhacks, and it was hard to debug with 
them
        seperate.  removed the unneeded foxhacks.rb.  also found and removed a 
reference
        to the hack module in EditPaneRenderFox (which should not had been 
there!).
