[FR-devel] New debugger version in CVS

I have just finished committing a great number of changes to the debugger.
It is still alpha but has more functionalities:
- add/delete breakpoints works ok (shift-click in the left margin)
- debugger icons to drive the debugger enabled/disabled depending on the
context
- many commands functional (step in/out, finish, continue, run to cursor,
        start/stop, close...)

The EditPane plugin now also shows a '*' icon in the tab when files have
been edited.

Enjoy and feedback welcome (as well as reports from Windows testers)
