[FR-devel] Toolbar done

All,

We now have a toolbar abstract component.  It renders fine except it
cannot (yet) have items added to it at runtime...it will soon :-).  I am
using the KDE icons...they are in our cvs now.  The toolbar buttons each
link to a command object (the same as the menu items).  The
ComponentLayout.yaml file holds the toolbar layout so its dynamic.

Working on the debugger now (honest ;-)
