[freesci-develop] OPL/2 default setup

Hi,

since I'm not certain as to whether we may blindly copy Sierra's
default OPL/2 setup (in cases where patch.003 is missing, as in early
KQ4), I'm starting to wonder whether our current default song player
(adlibemu) can be made to work for these. Is there, by any chance, a
location in the driver file at which the default setup is stored in an
immediately useable format?
