* Fixed 32 bit overflow in buffer size computation (are people still using
32 bit machines these days? ;-)
* Switched to sci_malloc() and friends in the mixer implementation
* Not sure if I've already committed this: Song iterators now don't allocate
and copy too much upon cloning
