Log message:
* SDL driver: Disabled double-buffering on Win32
* SDL driver: Explicitly use the nice XFACT and YFACT instead of
hardcoded sizes

Both patches provided by Jim Albert. The Double-buffering part seems to
fix issues with full-screen display; might also apply to other platforms
if the #ifdef is removed (anyone interested in giving it a shot?)
