[Freetalk-dev] PATCH: File transfer

Hi all,
  Attached is a patch to freetalk. The patch is to provide file-transfer support for freetalk. 
  I have implemented the file-transfer protocol given in
http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0096.html. This file-transfer protocol
can use out-of-band protocol  or in-band bytestream for data
transfer according to this protocol.
  I have used in-band bytestream in this implementation for file data transfer. http://www.jabber.org/jeps/jep-0047.html
