Hi Folks,
the last daily FT2 packages could not be compiled because of a descriptor
used without checking for the directive indicating whether the header
declaring this
descriptor is included.

To compile the package without errors, add

#define  FT_CONFIG_OPTION_POSTSCRIPT_NAMES

to /src/sfnt/sfconfig.h
dont mix
TT_CONFIG_OPTION_POSTSCRIPT_NAMES and FT_CONFIG_OPTION_POSTSCRIPT_NAMES, as
TT_... is also necessary
