bad server time

It seems serveur.soremo.fr is in a desperate need of some clock therapy
because it is approx. 8 hours ahead of the rest of the world. As far as I
can tell, the anomaly dates back to June 17. (Let me guess: was the
machine rebooted with its CMOS clock out of sync?)

If you are going to fix the problem in a radical way--i.e. by turning the
clock backward, I'd suggest to put CVS (perhaps other sensitive systems
too) offline for several hours to make sure it (they) will not see any
confusing time warps.
