[BUG] z1 maxAdvanceWidth + Bitmap API

The first is a regular bug: the z1 reader returns bad maxAdvanceWidth
values.

The second is a little bit different. If you pass your own bitmap to the new
FT_Render_Char function, your bitmap is ignored. However,
FT_Load_BitmapGlyph does render into a bitmap that you supply to it. This
seems inconsistent to me, and nothing in the API or documentation indicated
that it wouldn't work for Render.
