I sent OpenType FDK sign up instructions to Lidia Mirkin.  For the benefit of of
the list, I am passing those on:

You fill out the form, then Adobe sends you a license agreement to sign.  You
FAX that agreement back in, and they give you an access code to the OT FDK web
page, where you can download the FDK.  The FDK only runs on Windows and MacOS.
