As far as I know there is no table which contains those data directly.

For bitmaps the data are available in the metrics info associated with the 
strike.

For the outline font I think you have to take the horizontal metrics data 
and translate them by the difference between the horizontal origin and the 
vertical origin (which is 1/2 the em square).
