[Devel] freetype-2.1.2 segmentation fault

[Bradley S. Huffman]

./configure --prefix=/usr/local

gives a segmentation fault on Solaris 8 x86, with gcc 3.2,
and GNU make 3.77.

Adding "make -dd" into configure gives
