[Devel] Converting fonts to CEF...

Is it possible to use the freetype project to convert other type of fonts
(true-type, type 1 etc.) to CEF fonts?

If so, where would I start?

I have used freetype before, but never for converting one type of font into
another. Combined with the fact that I can't locate any specifications for
the CEF font format, I am completely at a loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
