Hi All
This is a PDF file with embedded 'OptimaR-Plain' font which I got the low 
quality
outlines.
 I use SAME outline decomposing algorithm for the HUGE amount of fonts
 from PDF (even on complex Asian font) - all works OK.
 
 But it's possible bad outlines decomposing  is my fault.
