These are the changes which bring the PCF driver into line with the BDF
and TTF drivers for available_sizes and Set_Pixel_Size. Again, 'y_ppem' is
the nominal pixel size of the font, not 'height', which is instead the
line spacing value (ascent + descent + gap).
