There is a bunch of other files missing also:

  ftbdf.c
  fttype1.c
  ftxf86.c
  ftpfr.c
  ftstroke.c
  ftwinfnt.c

Perhaps it makes sense to include them too?

Can you use freetype.dsp from the CVS as a basis and send an updated
file?
