Still no volunteer? If possible, the best maintainer of ttf2pk and
ttf2tfm may be a Korean because TrueType is the most popular font
format in Korea. Moreover, there is another patch by W. K. Park
which works like otf2tfm. As I know, he sent the patch to you.

Anyway, if there is no volunteer, I may discuss it with other KTUG
(Korean TeX User Group) members.
