[ft-devel] Improved PS glyph name -> Unicode mapping

Folks,


I've now fixed Savannah bug #15056: In synthetic Unicode mappings
based on the AGL, base glyphs are now preferred over variant glyphs if
both are available.

At the same time I've replaced the cmap code in psaux/t1cmap.c with
the pscmap service, thus reducing the library size slightly.

Similarly, I will soon replace the Unicode cmap code in the cff
module.
