Hello,
we have a problem with CID-keyed CFF fonts embedded
in OpenType.
The documentation of FT_Load_Glyph says that for such fonts
the second parameter "glyph_index" should specify a CID value.
Access to characters fails if the CID value is higher than a certain
value (which is probably the number of glyphs in the font.)
