We compile Freetype with VS2015 by using FreeTypeAmalgam.c, which makes it very 
easy. Unfortunately, the amalgamation is three years out of date, version 
2.4.12. Maybe it would be easier to maintain an amalgamation than to maintain 
projects for various compilers.
