I know this is a stupid question for this list, but for the life of me I cannot build FreeType anymore and cannot figure out why. During make, I get:
libtool: link: ranlib /home/behdad/SSD/src/savannah/freetype/freetype2/objs/.libs/libfreetype.a
/bin/sed: can't read /home/behdad/.local/lib/
libfreetype.la: No such file or directory
libtool: link: `/home/behdad/.local/lib/
libfreetype.la' is not a valid libtool archive
make: *** [/home/behdad/SSD/src/savannah/freetype/freetype2/objs/
libfreetype.la] Error 1
Has something changed recently in how FreeType invokes autotools? Never had this problem before. Tried with a fresh checkout, didn't help...
