[ft-devel] Prospective bitmap metrics presetting

Hi guys,

I have just committed a couple of changes that enable prospective bitmap size and position calculations. If you just FT_Load_Glyph(face,index.FT_LOAD_TARGET_XXX&~FT_LOAD_RENDER)

The glyphslot bitmap information will contain all the values except the pixel data itself.
