There are tools available for the Macintosh which allows one to extract the sfnt
resource from the screen suitcase.  These tools usually save out the resource as
a .ttf file, which is more or less the same as a Windows .ttf file.  The primary
differences are due to Apple's and Microsoft's differing TT specifications, but
that matters not to FreeType -- it should handle each with aplomb.

Anyway, once you have the .ttf file and set up the Mac ZIP application to not
archive the resource fork of the .ttf file (there shouldn't be one, but one
never knows when a Mac file will get a resource fork), you should be able to
drop these files right into your current process.
