For my OpenGL library I have a requirement to get certain glyph metrics
(bounding box etc) before I create the OpenGL 'image' or 'geometry'. I
don't want to store the FT_Glyph so I need to load it once to get the
metrics and then again IF the glyph is to be rendered.
Which mode is going load the glyph the quickest?
