I have seen this document before.
The doubt arose as it's title say "Building PFM files for Postscript
Language CJK Fonts".
Is this for "CJK Fonts" ?? or for all ??

the first 16bit of PFM files should be 0x01 0x00,
it means the version of PFM format. This specification
had been published 9 years ago, but I don't know any
revised version mentions about new format.
Could you send me the ATAINLN.PFM?
