I've now tested it, using this Thai string (in file `thaitest', UTF-8
encoding):
ดูรายละเอียดสำหรับโครงสร้างใหม่ได้จากช่วง
with
ftstring -m `cat thaitest` 40 cordiau.ttf
and I get the attached result which looks completely fine (besides the
fact that some diacritics are too high, but this is not FreeType's
fault -- this must be handled by the Thai language engine)
This is with the current CVS of FreeType.
