Let me tell you about the idea of a free as in speech educational
system with payment can be built up. How the content can be under the
GFDL.
The students will download the content that is free as in speech,
the price of the beer they pay for themselves.
They can choose to pass it on, or to keep it to themselves.
The documents will be securly downloaded and orded from tutors who put
it together.
That plan seems ok, in ethical terms. As stated, it is consistent
with the principles of the GNU Project.
So if you implement it, and the details don't introduce any problem,
the GNU Project can give it support.
