g-wrap1.9.7 doesn't respect prefix

Hi g-wrap team,

I'm working on Gentoo inclusion of g-wrap-1.9 branch. I think there is a 
problem with 1.9.7 not fully respecting prefix. The build script 
currently runs

"""./configure --prefix=/usr --host=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu 
--mandir=/usr/share/man --infodir=/usr/share/info --datadir=/usr/share 
--sysconfdir=/etc --localstatedir=/var/lib --libdir=/usr/lib64 
--build=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu""",

but the file which gets installed to 
"""/usr/share/guile/site/g-wrap/config.scm""" has contents including:

(define *g-wrap-shlib-dir* 
"/var/tmp/portage/dev-libs/g-wrap-1.9.7/image/usr/lib/lib64/g-wrap/modules/")

which is a reference to its temporary install directory.
