[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.3.6 released

Hi,

Main new features are:

* Printing code rewritten and now complete
* Charges inside fragments enhanced
* Added user interface for the Bonobo control
* Some code cleaning
* Some bugs fixed

The TODO list for 0.4 is now very short. Essentially, the documentation
will be updated. A pre version is planned for mid december (0.3.9x?).
Translations should be updated after that and the final release should
occur about the end of the year or in the very first days of 2004 unless
a major bug is found.
