[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.3.90 released

Hi,

I have just released a new version of GChemPaint. It is most probably
the last 0.3.x version and can be considered mostly stable. Next stable
version (0.4.0) will probably be released by the end of the year if no
critical bug is found.
It is time to update existing translations or to add new ones.

Due to the unavailability of the Savannah servers, the tarball is
available at

News for this release are:
- Help file updated
- Various enhancements to the Bonobo Control.
- Bugs fixed and some more code cleaning.
