[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.5.1 has been released.

Hi,

This is a development version. It is unstable, may crash at any moment
and loose or alter your data.

The main changes are:

* Four new tools: horizontal/vertical flip, rotation and molecules
merging.
* Several bugs fixed  and various optimizations.
* Some work has been made to support reactions, but it is still quite
unstable.
* Some new templates.
* Updated translation: pl

This version of GChemPaint can be installed in parallel with a stable
release. The executable is gchempaint-unstable. Several other files have
been renamed accordingly.
