[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.4.9 released

Hi,

This version fixes text printing, hopefully with all gnome-print
versions. Characters spacing and size are better than ever before.
Some problems remain with printing:
- some fonts do not work properly (characters changes); Luxi fonts are
of this type. This is a gnome-print bug, see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159573
- with gnome-print >= 2.8.0, some text decorations are lost on printing
(strikethrough and italic face for Vera Serif).

Also, svg export has bee back-ported from 0.5.x.

What should still be done for gchempaint-0.4:
- rewrite eps export to avoid using ps2eps and add epsi format export;
- fix bugs if new ones are found (recent envents indicate this might
happen...)
- hopefully add new translations or enhance existing ones.
