[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.5.4 released.

Hi,

One more unstable version for GChemPaint.

This is a development version. It is unstable, may crash at any moment
and loose or alter your data.

The main changes are:

- replaced the list by a tree in the templates combo; which means that
the gtk+ requirement is now >= 0.6.0.
- add read/write support for distant files using gnome-vfs.
- stabilize undo/redo and other operations for groups and reactions.
- Fixed various bugs.
- Added a --disable-update-databases option in configure for packagers
convenience.
- Updated translations: fr, it.

What's missing for 0.6.0?
- implementation of mesomery and retrosynthesis,
- destroy reactions (keeping molecules and arrows),
- more bugs fixes (no one know at the moment).
