[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.4.11 released

Hi,

This release fix a localization problem. I changed the desktop menu
entry for 0.4.10 and did not update the translation. I apologize.

Updated translations: de, fr, it, pl.
Best thanks to the translators Daniel Leidert, Costantino Ceoldo and
Nikodem Kuznik for their responsiveness.
