[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.6.2 released

Hi,

This is a maintainance release. It fixes several bugs:

* fixed an infinite loop condition while editing multilines text.
* use a large enough pixbuf when exporting an image [#14825].
* do not try to update a deleted double bond [#14949].
* fixed several memory leaks.
* fixed a local charges bug.
