[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint-0.7.4 released

Hi,


This is a development version. It is unstable, may crash at any moment
and loose or alter your data.

News are:
- add GConf support for default theme (no other theme available with
this version); no user interface is available at the moment but the
configuration can be changed using gconf-editor.
- various bugs fixes and minor enhancements.

Some more work has been made on the text tools, but they are still
broken.

0.7.3 was released but not annouced since it was mostly unusable due to
a last minute change typo.
