[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.7.6

Hi,

GChemPaint 0.7.6 has been released.
This is an unstable version and it might be unreliable. It might even
not compile (if this happens, please tell). 
It can be installed in parallel with a stable release. 

News are:

* finished all tools reimplementation.
* supports theming on a per document basis.
* supports compressed native files.
* enhanced OpenBabel support with more file formats.
* various bugs fixed.
* a lot of code cleaning.
* updated documentation.

This is the last development release in the 0.7 series. Next release
will be
0.7.90 aka 0.8.0beta1 within a couple of weeks or even less.
