[Gchempaint-main] GChemPaint 0.8.1 released

Hi,

News for this release are:
- copy as bitmap.
- #19932: Changing the ring size has no effect.
- #19933: GChempaint crashes when the bond length
for variable cycle size is changed.
- fixed various issues (see ChangeLog for details).
