Hi,
In gchempaint-0.8.5, atoms and bonds are not correctly updated, which
makes the program mostly unusable, see
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/?21964 and apply attached patch. I'll
release 0.8.6 if somebody needs it, but the most simple way is to patch
0.8.5 for now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
