[Gchemutils-main] Release of the Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.4.7

Hi,

I have released this new version because of a bug in the gcu::Object
class which might make gchempaint crash on some platforms.
This new version is mandatory only for gchempaint >= 0.6.0 (to be
released later today) users.

The sources are available at the usual place:
