[Gchemutils-main] Release of the Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.9.0

This is an unstable version and it might be unreliable. It might even
not compile (if this happens, please tell).
It can be installed in parallel with a stable release.
It is the first release in the 0.9 branch leading to the stable 0.10
branch planned for july 2008.

News are:
3d viewer:
        * new icons (Jordan Mantha).
calc:
        * new icons (Jordan Mantha).
GChemPaint:
        * incorporated in the Gnome Chemistry Utils.
        * new Wikipedia experimental export plugin.
        * copy as bitmaps.
        * a text or a molecule can be attached to a
        reaction arrow.
periodic table:
        * graphs can now be printed.
        * new color schemes (Jordan Mantha).
        * new icons (Jordan Mantha).
