Hi Vadim! Have you gotten anywhere with your '100% reproducible' example of GCL images' implicit dependency on the specific version of shared libraries present at compile time when executed at runtime?
Not yet (Sorry I'm on vacation) but I'll try to chase the problem down today or tomorrow.
Something just changed in Debian unstable libs which has now rendered the old acl2 build useless. I'd like to chase this down the cause of this dependency, remove it, release 2.5.4, fix the Debian acl2 package and release, and rerelease the maxima package for rebuild too.
