Dear Roman,

I compiled this version with MingW and unfortunatley. The point is that 
I am not at all a specialist of compilation on Windows. I followed the 
procedure described on this page 
http://getfem.org/install/install_windows.html
May be someone can tell me how to make a more complete package ...
