Dear Martin,

In fact, Superlu is the default linear solver but it is limited especially in 
3D and several test programs are only working with Mumps installed. So it is 
recommended to install Mumps.

Having just installed getfem with python interface, I tried to run the demo 
python files and I am facing divergence problems for the two following files : 
demo_wheel_contact.py and demo_tripod.py.

*         For demo_wheel_contact, the output ends with

Level 1 Warning in getfem_superlu.cc, line 217: SuperLU solve failed: info =7401
Singular tangent matrix: perturbation of the state vector
Singular tangent matrix: perturbation failed, aborting.
('alpha_D = ', -1.7013307862685368e-50)


*         For demo_tripod, I obtain:

Level 2 Warning in ../../src/gmm/gmm_precond_ilu.h, line 182: pivot 404 is too 
small
Level 2 Warning in ../../src/getfem/getfem_model_solvers.h, line 105: gmres did 
not converge!

To be noticed, the tests with make test have passed.
If you have an idea of a way to solve it, could you please let me know ?
