The actual cvs snapshot contains still some php shorttags <?. On RH 8.0, the 
short_tag is by default disabled, so this code does not work. The problems 
appears in 17 files:

www/themes/savannah_*/Theme.class
deb/specific/database.inc.template
www/sendmessage.php
www/account/verify.php
www/account/lostpw.php
www/help/tracker.php
www/project/admin/editpackages.php

I've created a patch that solves the problem. Should I upload the patch as a 
patch?
