I think the heirarchical roles Tim outlined would be great defaults, and
most people wouldn't really go to the trouble of changing them. I'm not
suggesting we give people a blank slate for their project, but I do think we
should allow flexibility. Kind of the way you can get a default Bug,
Feature, and Patch Trackers but you can define as many other Trackers as you
want to use. I just don't think it's a good idea to artificially limit the
roles system to a set of pre-defined rules only.
